Bridges
Bridges are a necessity when one tooth or several teeth have been lost.
The loss might be from a blow,
an abcessed tooth that didn't receive root canal therapy,
or because of rampant decay.
A tooth is constructed of porcelain and attached
to teeth that are crowned in order to permanently fill the space.
This restores not only the beauty of a smile,
it allows the other teeth to remain in their appropriate positions
so that the bite remains stable for correct alignment of the jaw.
All of these factors allow chewing to be more comfortable
and the smile to be beautiful once again.
